1). First line of protection: The light curtain automatically reopens the door upon detecting an obstacle.
2). Second line of protection: The door inverter signals to reopen if an obstacle reaches 150N, preventing pinching incidents.
3. Are our elevators safe? - How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All our safety components come with CE and EAC certifications.
2). If the elevator descends faster than 1.15 times the rated speed, the speed governor and tension device deploy the safety gear's lifting rod, halting the descent by engaging the guide rail.
3). If the upward speed exceeds 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet signals the traction machine to brake, preventing further ascent.
