FAQ
1. Why choose us?
1). With 15 years of experience in the elevator industry, we boast a professional technical team ready to provide innovative solutions to complex shaft spaces for new elevators.
2). Our technicians, seasoned in global elevator companies, offer insightful recommendations for custom car and elevator door material decoration, aligning with customer preferences. This ensures your elevator is both high-quality and visually stunning.
2. Are our elevators safe? - About the door
1). First line of protection - A light curtain that senses obstacles, triggering the door to reopen automatically;
2). Second line of protection - The door inverter sends a signal to reopen the door when an obstacle exerts 150N of force, effectively preventing pinching.
3. Are our elevators safe? - How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All our safety components boast CE and EAC certifications;
2). In the event the elevator falls faster than 1.15 times the rated speed, the speed governor and tension device engage the safety gear, braking against the guide rail to halt further descent.
3). If the upward speed surpasses 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet signals the traction machine to activate its brakes, halting any upward motion.
