Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why choose us?
1). With a remarkable 15-year presence in the elevator industry, we've curated a team of technical experts that provide innovative solutions for challenging shaft spaces in new elevator installations.
2). Our technicians, enriched with global experience, offer insightful recommendations on customized car and elevator door material decorations, ensuring your elevators embody both durability and visual elegance.
2. Are our elevators safe? -Regarding the Door Mechanism
1). First-line defense - the light curtain automatically reopens the door when an obstacle is detected, ensuring top-notch safety.
2). Second-line defense - the door inverter signals for door reopening when an obstacle exerts a force of 150N, preventing potential pinching hazards.
3. Are our elevators safe? -Preventing Falls and Impact
1). All our safety components proudly carry CE and EAC certifications, affirming their reliability;
2). In the event of a descent exceeding 1.15 times the rated speed, our speed governor and tension devices spring into action, engaging the safety gear's lifting rod to halt further descent by braking the guide rail;
3). Should the ascent speed surpass 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet promptly signals the traction machine, which then engages its brakes to stop the upward motion.
