Our Feedback

FAQ
1. Why choose us?
1). With an impressive legacy of 15 years in the elevator industry, we proudly house a team of seasoned technical experts. These professionals are adept at devising solutions for the most intricate shaft space challenges for newly designed elevators.
2). Our technicians possess extensive experience working with prestigious global elevator companies. They are skilled at providing innovative recommendations for customized elevator car and door materials, ensuring that your elevators not only exceed in quality but also exude elegance and sophistication.
2. Are our elevators safe? -About the door
1). The primary line of protection includes a state-of-the-art light curtain that automatically senses obstacles and reopens the door, ensuring user safety.
2). The secondary line of protection involves a door inverter that signals the door to reopen when an obstacle applies a force of 150N, effectively preventing potential pinching incidents.
3. Are our elevators safe? -How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). We utilize exclusively safety components that are fully certified with CE and EAC standards, guaranteeing paramount safety.
2). In the event of the elevator descending at speeds exceeding 1.15 times the rated speed, our precision-engineered speed governor and tension device work in tandem to activate the safety gear's lifting rod. This mechanism halts further descent by expertly braking the guide rail.
3). If the upward velocity surpasses 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet swiftly dispatches a signal to the traction machine. This causes the traction machine to brake, effectively halting further ascent and ensuring safety.
Your Ascend, More than Safety! Experience an elevation of not just height, but comprehensive protection and peace of mind.
