2. Are our elevators safe? - About the door
1). The first line of protection is the light curtain, which automatically reopens the door upon detecting an obstacle.
2). The second line of protection is the door inverter, which signals to reopen the door upon sensing an obstacle force of 150N, thereby preventing injury.
3. Are our elevators safe? - How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All our safety components are certified with CE and EAC, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
2). If the elevator descends faster than 1.15 times its rated speed, the speed governor and tension device engage the safety gear to halt further descent by braking the guide rail.
3). Should the upward speed exceed 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet sends a signal to the traction machine, commanding it to brake and stop further ascent.
