Our Feedback
FAQ
1. Why choose us?
1). With 15 years in the elevator industry, we boast a professional technical team capable of devising solutions for complex shaft spaces in new elevator installations.
2). Our technicians bring extensive experience from global elevator companies, offering valuable insights for custom car and door material decoration to meet client preferences. Elevate your elevator experience with quality and aesthetics.
2. Are our elevators safe? -About the door
1). The initial protection line is the light curtain, which automatically reopens the door upon detecting an obstacle.
2). The secondary protection mechanism involves the door inverter, which signals to reopen the door when encountering an obstacle with a force of 150N, ensuring user safety.
3. Are our elevators safe? -How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All our safety components are rigorously certified with CE and EAC standards.
2). If the elevator descends more swiftly than 1.15 times the rated speed, the speed governor and tension device will engage the safety gear's lifting rod, effectively halting further descent by gripping the guide rail.
3). Should the ascent speed surpass 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet issues a command to the traction machine to brake, ceasing any further upward movement.
Your Ascend, transcends safety!
