2. Are our elevators safe? - About the door
1). The primary line of protection involves a light curtain that automatically reopens the door upon detecting an obstacle, ensuring seamless safety.
2). The secondary protection mechanism activates the door inverter to signal reopening when an obstruction reaches 150N, safeguarding against accidental pinches.
3. Are our elevators safe? - How to prevent falling and hitting the top
1). All safety components are rigorously certified with CE and EAC, guaranteeing their reliability.
2). In case of descent exceeding 1.15 times the rated speed, the speed governor and tension device engage the safety gear to brake the guide rail, effectively halting further descent.
3). If the ascent surpasses 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet sends a signal to the traction machine, which promptly brakes, thereby stopping further upward movement.
