3. Are our elevators safe? - Preventing falls and collisions
1). All our safety components proudly carry CE and EAC certifications.
2). If the elevator descends faster than 1.15 times its rated speed, the speed governor and tension device automatically activate the safety gear's lifting rod, safely halting further descent by engaging the guide rail brakes.
3). If the upward speed surpasses 1.15 times the rated speed, the control cabinet instructs the traction machine to brake, effectively stopping further ascent.
